Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We want to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been paid. If the return is due to a change of mind, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return freight costs.
